There was a bright light,
Over the city over night,
And there was 5 minutes,
I swear we had no sight,

But in the middle of the night time,
When there's so much to be made,
And so much to be heard,
So many stories in our brains,

And there's not many people,
Out on this cold night,
Few dog walkers,
In the frigid, without fright,

And we've got 10 stars,
To wish upon,
As we state,
The things we long,
For.

'Cause in this town,
There's not many stars,
Just light polluting,
Our big ol' city sky,

We don't frown,
We love where we are,
With these bright lights exposing,

4 seasons,
So distinctly set apart,
By temperatures, leaves,
And earth's warm heart.

All of them share,
One common thing, we say
That the sky stays the same,
All fucking day.

Because in this town,
There's not many stars,
